Shipping Coverage
Urbran Loot currently ships across most locations within India.
We may be unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted locations. If delivery is not possible, our customer support team will contact you and arrange a refund if necessary.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are:

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value.

Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Any shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by Urbran Loot or the shipment cannot be delivered due to our error.
Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed because:

the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Urbran Loot shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Damaged Packages

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and order values.
Urbran Loot reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for certain products, locations, or customers at its discretion.
